THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON AT THE SCHOOL

Agenda

1. Call to order
2. Announcements: The first section of this meeting will be in Executive Session to discuss Teacher Contract Negotiations. The regular business meeting will begin at approximately 5:00 pm. Rowe BOS will be joining the meeting at 5:30 pm to discuss a variety of questions that they compiled concerning Rowe Elementary School, Mohawk Tuition, and NBSU.
3. Executive Session- Per Chapter 30A, Section 21 MGL
   1. Teacher Contract Negotiations
4. Approval of Minutes I move to approve the minutes of the meeting of the Rowe School Committee of February 9, 2023 and February 23, 2023.
5. Discussion Items:
   1. Conversation with BOS regarding a compilation of questions presented to the School Committee last week.
   2. Budget FY 24: Review draft document
   3. Warrants Report (Mary)
6. Financial Statement: Motion to approve the current FY23 financial statement
7. Principal’s Report
8. Pupil Services Report
9. Superintendent’s Report
10. School Committee Business:
    1. New Business: Concerns with the solar panel issues/Nexamp, and increased charges from Kuzmeskus
    2. Old Business:
       1. Generator/Fuel Tank
11. Announcements
    1. Next Rowe School Committee meeting: April 5, 4:00 pm, Public FY24 Budget Hearing
