Current Rowe Bylaws and Regulations are attached above. Note: Bylaw Article VI, Section 3 concerning the inspection of public buildings was amended at the May 9, 2011 annual town meeting. It is awaiting approval by the by the Attorney General's Office. [The amendment changed the inspection of public buildings from "bi-annual" inspections to inspections "...in accordance with the State Building Code..."]
PROPOSED CHANGES TO ZONING BYLAWS
The Rowe Planning Board is working on proposed changes to the Zoning Bylaws (Section V of the Town Bylaws). Proposed changes are in the May 2010 draft attached above.
Information sessions to discuss these proposed changes were held by the Planning Board at the Rowe Elementary School on June 17 and June 24, 2010.
