Low to moderate income residents of the Town of Rowe may apply for deferred payment housing rehabilitation loans to enable them to bring their homes into code compliance, do needed repairs, weatherize, and eliminate lead-based paint hazards. Some examples of eligible work…
bathroom repair, foundation repair, burner/furnace, painting, plumbing, carpentry, septic systems, roofs, sheetrock, wells, insulation, windows, doors and ventilation.
Homeowners and tenant families must have an annual gross income equal to or less than the following amounts to apply:
