ROWE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
ARTICLE 1: To see if the Town will vote to APPROPRIATE from the CAPITAL STABILIZATION FUND the sum of $6,000.00 for the new Composting Lavatory Facility at Pelham Lake Park, or take any action in relation thereto.
ARTICLE 2: To see if the Town will vote to RAISE and APPROPRIATE the sum of $2,420.00 for an Administrative Clerk for the Fire Department, or take any action in relation thereto.

ARTICLE 3: To see if the Town will vote to TRANSFER from the Fire Officers Stipends account the sum of $1,080.00 to a Fire Department Administrative Clerk account, or take any action in relation thereto.
